By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
GENERAL TERMS
Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and in this case your commission will be canceled.
I reserve the right to refuse commission at any time until payment is made.
If you send payment without my approval (I haven't told you the right amount or sent you the payment link), I have the right to cancel the commission.
If you use any of my art anywhere, please credit me.
PAYMENT
Payment only on Boosty\Hipolink (via Cards), or on Paypal, but payment there is not always available, so this needs to be clarified with each individual commission; Tbank for Russians.
Full prepayment, no refunds (due to sanctions in my country).
Be prepared that the price may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork.
PROCESS
Max deadline - 4 months (I usually draw in a month or even less).
A few simple edits (like mistakes through my own fault or slight changes in pose) I do for free, the rest for an additional fee.
After starting the work I'll show you the rough sketch, I'll also send in a color check later.
If you want WIP's you can ask me at any time.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.
I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.
Private commissions only with a 50% fee.
The characters drawn in the artwork belong to their rightful owners.
Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me in commerce.
The final product is strictly for your personal use only, it's forbidden to use my work for commercial purposes. Exceptions are YCH or commissions specifically for commerce, these are discussed separately.
You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using my artwork.
